Shipping and Delivery Policy

We do not sell or ship physical products. We provide legal and property services, and we deliver them digitally.

How services are delivered

When our team completes your order, we send you the result by email or hand it over as agreed with you, and mark the order as delivered on your order page. While we work, we keep you updated by phone or email.

Some services produce a physical document, such as a certified copy issued on paper by a government office. In that case, we tell you how it will be handed over to you or sent by courier within India.

Timelines

Each service page shows how long the service usually takes. Timelines depend on the service and on the government offices involved, so they are estimates.

Where we deliver

We deliver only within India.

Listing plans

A listing plan starts when our team publishes your listing, not when you pay. It then runs for the period of the plan you chose.
