Who we are

Legal Prop Tech is run by ATP LEGAL PROP TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company based in Ananthapur, Andhra Pradesh.

What we do

We help families and property owners with the legal side of property. You can order documents such as encumbrance certificates, land records and certified copies, get deeds drafted, have a title checked and get legal advice.

We also run a property marketplace. Owners list houses, flats, plots and land for sale or rent, and buyers send enquiries through us. We do not publish the owner's phone number. Our team connects both sides.

Where we work

Today we work in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.

How it works

• Each service has a fixed price, shown before you order. Government fees, stamp duty and registration charges are extra where they apply.
• You share the details and pay online through Razorpay.
• Our team does the work and keeps your order updated until it is delivered.
• Every property listing is checked by our team before it goes live.
