Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy covers service orders and property listing plans paid for on the Legal Prop Tech website or app.

Service orders

• You can cancel for a full refund before our team starts work.
• After work has started, for example once an application is filed or documents are requested from an office, we refund the price less any costs already paid to offices or third parties for your order.
• Once the document or service has been delivered, there is no refund.
• If we could not deliver, or delivered something different from what you ordered, we redo the work or give you a refund.

Listing plans

• You can cancel for a full refund before your listing is reviewed and published.
• Once the listing is live, there is no refund, including if you close it early.
• If our team rejects your listing, we refund the plan in full.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email support@legalproptech.com or call +91 98859 92991. Give your order number (it starts with LPT) or your listing code (it starts with PR), and tell us why you want to cancel. We confirm whether the order can be cancelled and how much will be refunded.

When you get your money

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take longer to show the money in your account.
